The Examination of Faith: A Scriptural Self-Test
"Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves..."— 2 Corinthians 13:5
Is your faith an obedient, living covenant, or are you merely going through religious motions?
Scripture commands us to test our hearts now, in private prayer and reflection, to discern whether we are walking in the Spirit or the flesh. It is far better to know the truth today than to stand before the Master on Judgment Day only to hear: "I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness" (Matthew 7:23).
The Line in the Sand

If you answered NO to any benchmark: Do not harden your neck. A "NO" identifies an unyielded area where the flesh, religious tradition, or worldly compromise has taken root. Scripture warns that turning a deaf ear to God's instruction blinds the spiritual eye and renders even prayer detestable (Proverbs 28:9). Bring these areas immediately into the light of repentance before the throne of grace, forsaking the compromise while it is still called "Today."
